3 Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Three of my favorite recipes that I make consistently, they are all modifiable and you can add more or less of your favorite ingredient, I have at least one smoothie a day and love experimenting with various ingredients. My favorite has to be the Green Smoothie for Glowing Skin. I also love adding Turmeric and Ginger to everything (both ingredients are great for the digestive system). Enjoy!

Green Smoothie For Glowing Skin

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Plain Coconut Water (not from concentrate)

1 Banana

1/2 Cup of Chopped Pineapple

1/2 Cup of Chopped Mango

1 Cup of Baby Spinach

1/2 Avocado (sliced)

*For an extra kick add 1 tspn of chopped ginger

 

Berry Smoothie With Probiotics

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Sliced Strawberries

1/4 Cup of Blueberries

1/2 Cup of Blackberries

1/2 Cup of Raspberries

1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes

1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

1 Cup of Kefir Plain (Raspberry Flavor is Yummy)

1 Tbsp of Raw Honey

 

Immune Booster Smoothie- Full of Vitamin C

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Chopped Mangos

1/2 Banana (sliced)

1/2 Cup of Chopped Peaches

1 Big Scoop of Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Raw Honey

1/2 Cup of Orange (Squeezed)
